Led Fundamentals class The perfect way to begin or deepen your yoga practice. Sarah will lead you through a guided practice, bringing awareness to the basic asana and teach you how to adapt the practice to best suit your needs. This class is suitable for ALL yoga students. Monday 6:45-8pm
Led Ashtanga class An insight into the Ashtanga style. Sarah will guide the group through the breath / movement synchronisation and with modifications to suit your body. Suitable for students that are physically able and ready for a medium level practice. Thursday 6.45-8pm
