Led Fundamentals class The perfect way to begin or deepen your yoga practice. Sarah will lead you through a guided practice, bringing awareness to the basic asana and teach you how to adapt the practice to best suit your needs. This class is suitable for ALL yoga students. Monday 6:45-8pm

Pregnancy yoga

Led yoga classes for 11+ yrs. Increase strength and mobility and develop breath awareness. Term times, Tuesdays 4 - 4:45pm. Starts Feb 11th.

Teen yoga

Led Ashtanga class An insight into the Ashtanga style. Sarah will guide the group through the breath / movement synchronisation and with modifications to suit your body. Suitable for students that are physically able and ready for a medium level practice. Thursday 6.45-8pm

Lunch Hour yoga class Recharge your batteries towards the end of the week.  Anna-Lena  will guide you through exercises and postures to help build inner strength and breath awareness. The class is suitable for ALL yoga students.Thursday 1-2pm
