Yoga for young people
(ideal for ages 11+)
A led ashtanga yoga class suitable for young people (usually recommended for those aged eleven and over).
Excellent for developing core strength, flexibility and concentration.
We work on developing the ability to breathe and be internally still, which can be useful especially in moments of pressure - be it in sport, study, social or other life situations.
$80 (per term)
Term Four: 15th October - 17th December
